GR®30 - From Olloix to Saint Nectaire
Continuing their journey through the deep valleys after Olloix and Puy, the walkers finally arrive at Saint-Nectaire. This is the ideal opportunity, once night falls, to taste the famous cheese which bears the name of the village, formerly known as rye cheese until the 17th century and the first Aoc cheese. Hikers will also be able to admire the superb Romanesque church of Saint-Nectaire.
